Our Philosophy
The "Na Stodolci" restaurant is a modern rural Czech eatery that fully embraces its location on the Czech-German border, surrounded by pastures and meadows where local farmers grow nothing but graze their cattle. All year round, we aim to bring you the best from the surrounding area through a culinary experience. Quality, freshness, and seasonality remain the core pillars of our philosophy. Most of our suppliers are from the immediate vicinity, and we prepare as much as possible ourselves. In the future, our own orchards will begin to bear fruit. You won’t find a fixed menu here. You can enjoy our food with our special beer, brewed exclusively for us by the nearby Falknštejn Brewery in Krásná Lípa, which is unavailable elsewhere, or with wines from Mělník, Moravia, Austria, and France.

"Stodolecký Lišák" 11°
This semi-dark lager 11° is a bottom-fermented beer brewed using traditional techniques with five types of barley malt, Czech hops, water, and brewery yeast. It is a well-balanced semi-dark beer with pleasant bitterness, caramel notes, and a fresh aroma, containing 4.4% alcohol by volume. The beer is unpasteurized and unfiltered, continuing the centuries-old tradition of brewing semi-dark beers typical for the Sudeten region. The beer is brewed for us by the Falknštejn Brewery in nearby Krásná Lípa. Cheers! To your health!
